香港注册投资公司条件

1. 股东和董事要求

香港注册投资公司需要至少一位年满18周岁的股东，股东可以是自然人，也可以是法人（公司股东），并且股东必须出示有效身份证或护照影印件。董事的要求与股东相同，董事和股东可以为同一自然人。此外，香港公司无需设立法人和监事，公司董事的法定责任和义务，大致等同于中国大陆公司的“执行董事”。
