依法取得营业执照或企业法人营业执照的生产者、销售者，可根据自身经营需要，申请注册制造商识别码。

2、填妥的《中国商品条码系统会员登记表》加盖公司公章后提交。公司公章上的公司名称应与公司营业执照上的公司名称一致。
