1. Approved name for industry and commerce: provide copies of ID cards of all shareholders, legal persons and finance, 3-5 company names, registered capital of the company, the proportion of shareholders' capital contribution and capital contribution period, scope of business of the company, contact address of the company, mobile phone numbers of shareholders, legal persons and finance (legal persons and finance try to provide real name mobile phone numbers, finance if entrusted to us to do, financial information we provide).

1. 工商核准名称：提供所有股东、法人和财务的身份证复印件，公司名称3-5个，公司注册资本，股东出资比例及出资期限，公司经营范围，公司联系地址、股东、法人和财务的手机号（法人、财务尽量提供实名制的手机号，财务如果委托我们做，财务信息我们提供）。

3. 签署工商注册材料:公司名称核准后，需由股东、法定代表人、监事签署《公司章程》、《企业告知承诺书》、《股东会决议》等工商注册材料（已实行无纸化操作的区域，可下载APP直接实名认证和电子签名，无需再次身份确认。外资、分公司、合伙企业、股东是外地公司的不适用该无纸化操作流程。）

4. Application for business licence: signed business registration materials, housing lease agreement, etc., and reported to the Market Supervision Administration for approval, for the company's business licence (three certificates in one).

1. 外方投资者的主体资格证明；（如为外国公司投资，提供公司的合法开业证明复印件及公司法定代表人的护照复印件；如为外国自然人投资，提供护照。）

外商在上海注册外资公司首先要符合国家的法律法规，其次还要考虑企业的切身利益，这其中，有一些我们需要注意的小技巧。

现我国实行注册资本认缴制，写多少都可以，不过一定要与公司规模相符。注册资金过高可能会引起有关部门的严查，但倘若注册资本太低，则不能获得审批部门通过，即使通过了，今后在银行开户、企业运作中也会遇到很多问题，导致最终不得不增资或者追加外债，所以，适当的注册资本也不容忽视。
